The ICOM-CC Preprints contain all 152 peer-reviewed scientific papers and abstracts of the 96 posters that make up the conference presentations.

The contributions are determined in a two-phase selection process.

The first phase consists of a call for abstracts, outlining the proposed paper.

Authors submit their abstracts to the relevant Working Group; Coordinators review and grade the abstracts, which are forwarded to peer review. One Peer Reviewer, a subject specialist in that field, reviews and grades the contributions for each Working Group. The identity of the Peer Reviewer is not disclosed to the Working Group Coordinator or to the authors.

A Selection Committee reviews the final grades and comments, considers any discrepancies, and makes the selection of authors who will be invited to submit full papers.

In the second phase, full papers undergo the same two-step review process, with the Selection Committee making the final determination of accepted contributions.

Poster abstracts are invited during the second phase and selected by the Working Group Coordinators.
