Cultural Connections in Conservation – Supporters
The 21st ICOM-CC Triennial Conference aims to foster meaningful personal connections between conservators, conservation scientists, art historians, curators, other museum professionals, and the providers of essential services and products that support their work. We believe that through these encounters, great things can emerge—new ideas, shared understandings, and innovative collaborations. By also including students and early-career professionals, the conference creates unique opportunities for exchange, learning, and inspiration.
We are deeply grateful to our supporters, whose generosity makes these opportunities possible. Their contributions—whether directed through the Stichting ICOM-CC FUND or offered independently—enable colleagues to participate, exchange knowledge, and connect across borders.
Their generous support enables the conference in providing venues for key events and social gatherings such as the farewell party at the National Museum of Norway and the welcome reception at Oslo City Hall. Supporters also help to bring students and early-career professionals to the conference and fund travel grants for international delegates, while supporting our volunteer Working Group Coordinators who play a vital role in the conference’s success.
Through their generosity, our community can meet in person to discuss key developments in conservation in Norway and share Norwegian cultural heritage with the world. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all supporters, whose contributions help make Cultural Connections in Conservation a reality.

The National Museum is a museum for the whole of country of Norway, and facilitates research in the cultural heritage field. The museum supports the conference to make it more accessible, and thereby hopefully truly international. Welcome to Norway!
