Over the course of the week, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with individuals shaping the future of conservation worldwide.

This year’s conference will be held at a centrally located venue within Oslo, Oslo Congress Centre, with everything under one roof. The venue is close to a number of important museums and collections as well as hotels and other facilities within the city centre.

The Trade Fair will span two floors, providing ample space for exhibitors to showcase their products. We have room for 29 stands, so we encourage you to secure your spot early.

Registration process:

  • Secure your exhibition space by completing the stand booking form
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with further details
  • You will receive a notification when registration for stand personnel and social events opens


The number of available spots is limited
so be sure to submit your form as soon as possible.

Each Trade Fair spot includes:

  • Stand 1,5m x 1,5m
  • One table and two chairs
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • An electrical socket
  • Access for one person to the fair, including conference lunches and refreshments

Price:

Stand in the foyer: NOK 27 000 + 25% VAT

Stand in Sal D: NOK 22 000 + 25% VAT
